My own story began with a love of stories.

 

As soon as I knew what it meant, I was desperate to learn to read. When words put side by side began to make sense, it opened up a whole new world for me!

 

I grew up in Brazil - a country known for the amazing creativity of its people. A place of exuberance, passion for living, playfulness, and spirit. A huge part of who I am today, and how I see the world.

I went on to complete a degree in Journalism, evolving from wanting to tell stories and see the world, to wanting to live the stories I was writing about.

Travelling to England at the age of 21, I was eager to experience more of the world, and tell these stories.

 

It was always clear to me that ‘life’ is the greatest story we’ll ever tell…

 

A story with endless twists and turns. Ups and downs.

Each, complicated, chaotic, precious. And totally unique.

It never fails to touch us. Never ceases to amaze.

 

I soon realised I was better at telling stories visually than I was at writing them down. That’s when I became a fully-fledged photographer. 

 

I believe everyone has a beautiful and unique soundtrack to their life, a canvas of colour, a story of hope, love, courage, celebration, or sadness.

First starting in London doing professional journalism and street photography, and now, 20 years on, based in Warwickshire, offering photography for brands and people with soul, who want to tell their visual story in a unique and engaging way.
